Ii. After-sales service policy
1. Please confirm receipt of the goods as soon as possible after receiving the products, and check the quality of the products within 7 days after receiving the products. If you find quality problems, please contact us in time, we will be dedicated to deal with the return and exchange of goods for you.
2. Return and Exchange Policy:
a) Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if there is any quality problem, you can apply for a return or replacement, and the postage will be borne by us.
b) If you require a return or replacement of the goods, the goods must remain in their original state and keep the packaging, tags, instructions and other accessories intact.
c) The following circumstances will not be returned or replaced: artificial damage, incomplete packaging of the product is not retained, and the return or exchange period exceeds 7 days.
3. Maintenance Policy:
a) During the warranty period, we will provide you with free repair service by proof of purchase and warranty card.
b) In case of man-made damage, the maintenance cost shall be borne by the customer.
c) Without warranty, we still provide paid repair service.
